The Adaptation AGORA project CMCC Coordination Team will implement an interactive workshop demonstrating how innovative ICT tools are transforming citizen engagement and capacity building for climate adaptation at the Digital Pavilion at COP30 in Belém on November 20, at 4 PM BRT.
The session will feature a live, hands-on activity led by Marina Mattera, where participants will work in teams and compete using the Adaptation AGORA Mobile App.
Attendees will also learn about the project’s key outcomes—including the Policy Whitepaper and Digital Handbook—and explore the full suite of ICT tools: the AGORA Community Hub (ACH), the Climate Data and Disinformation Academies, and the flagship Mobile App.
The workshop will offer a chance to discuss strategies for overcoming barriers to digital literacy and climate action while experiencing new digital solutions firsthand.
