On the 23rd of May 2024, over 450 climate adaptation experts took part in the Third Forum for the Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change, that was held both in Brussels and online. The heart of the event was the enhancement of climate adaptation and resilience across Europe, presented through intervention of experts, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
The Third Forum was also an occasion to stregthen the dialogue among stakeholders and the communities participating in climate change adaptation processes, with the common goal of shaping the future direction of the Mission. During the activities, the discussions examined how challenges to climate resilience have been addressed and overcome at regional and community levels, and identified meaningful recommendations to implement these startegies.
